PERSONAL LEADERSHIP: LEAD THYSELF

Personal leadership is the ability to transform within as a leader.  We offer dynamic and engaging personal leadership workshops that are guaranteed to make a life changing impact.

Lead Thyself is a workshop designed to equip individuals with the necessary tools to be a leader first in themselves, then with others. Participants will learn how to identify their purpose, create a vision and mission summary, brand themselves, identify their leadership styles, and live a strengths based life.

This workshop is ideal for people who desire personal growth and transformation as a leader.

TEACHER, LEAD ME

This four part workshop will help teachers develop leadership skills to build partnerships with colleagues, parents, and students as they work towards academic improvement.

Part I Personal Leadership: teachers will learn how to develop as leaders first in themselves so they can better lead others. Six disciplines will be addressed in this workshop: defining purpose, identifying strengths, establishing a personal brand, casting vision, setting goals, and setting a mission. Mastery of this workshop will enhance personal and professional value to teachers as they work towards academic improvement in their students.

Part II Team Building: using case studies, role playing, and team building exercises, we will engage teachers to develop team dynamic, strategy, goal setting, and shared vision among colleagues as well as with their students.

Part III Teacher leadership: developing teachers to lead youth through their academic year by guiding them in how to set goals, cast vision, become purpose driven, and organize their academics for a successful year in school. This will include working with difficult youth, at risk youth, and special education students.

Part IV Transformational teaching: developing teachers to incorporate transformational methods into their teaching to enhance the learning experience for students.
